Participating RACFs may offer the PAC service as a clinical care option to new residents, or existing residents whose traditional GP has retired, moved or become unavailable for whatever reason.

 

Comprehensive Medical Assessment Service

HealthCube can also provide RACFs with a stand-alone Comprehensive Medical Assessment service where appropriate. This alone can greatly improve frontline care delivery and generate significant efficiencies for facilities. Once again, the cost is fully met by Medicare.
