1. Who is HealthCube?
HealthCube is an organisation that:
- provides health care services to individuals throughout Australia;
- carries out Comprehensive Medical Assessments;
- processes and assesses health information; and
- assists with locating other providers suitable to providing health care and related services to you.

We will only collect information about you that is relevant to our business. This will often include general information such as your name, address and other contact details. If you want us to provide you with particular goods or services, we may need other information.
We will also collect sensitive information about you including information regarding your health and the details of health services we will provide or assist in providing to you.
Where reasonable or practicable we will collect your personal information only directly from you. We may also from time to time need to collect personal information about you from your authorised next of kin or representatives (eg your attorney). We will only collect sensitive information about you (which includes your personal information regarding your health and the health services you are receiving) if we have your consent or if we are otherwise permitted by law to do so.

We do not generally collect any personal information about you when you visit our website except when you knowingly provide it including when you are accessing and using our customer or subscriber based services.
We do however use cookies to track a visitor's use of our website.
When you visit our website our web server may collect data to assist us in collating and tracking information such as:

Please contact our Privacy Officer if you would like to access personal information we hold about you. We will give you access unless we are permitted or required by law to refuse it. We may ask you to pay our reasonable costs of providing access, but where we provide you with access to your Comprehensive Medical Assessment, we will usually do so free of charge.
If you believe personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, please advise our Privacy Officer. We will then take reasonable steps to correct it.
If we refuse to give access to your personal information or to amend it, we will usually explain why and, in the case of amendment, if you request, we will take reasonable steps to note that we have disagreed regarding whether or not particular personal information about you is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
6. Security and integrity
We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure, accurate, complete and up-to-date. If we no longer require your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Please help us keep your information accurate, current and complete by keeping us informed of any changes to your personal information.
We do not take responsibility for the security of information that is outside our control, such as when it is sent by post, courier, facsimile or over the internet. We do however, take reasonable steps to protect your personal information sent over the internet by using encryption, secure server software and other technologies to prevent others from obtaining and/or accessing your personal information without authorisation.
