ACFI

Aged Care Funding Instrument - a health assessment survey used to assess the day-to-day care needs of a resident of an aged care facility and thereby determine the funding required for their care.

Assessment Manager

A HealthCube employee holding a Registered or Enrolled Nursing qualification or Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, responsible for preliminary elements of a medical assessment.

CMA

Comprehensive Medical Assessment.

GP

General Practitioner.

HealthCube GP

A General Practitioner employed by HealthCube.

PAC

Preventive Aged Care

RACF

Residential Aged Care Facility also known as a nursing home.

RACGP

Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

RMMR

Residential Medication Management Review.
