We require vocationally registered GPs, holding current medical registration and medical indemnity insurance. Your commitment to clinical excellence and interest in optimising the quality of life of residents in aged care will be supported by our innovative preventive care approach. You will be prepared to work in a team, possess well developed communication skills and be comfortable using clinical software.

Relationship Manager :: Full Time :: Expressions of interest for ACT & NSW

Your exceptional relationship management and leadership skills are the foundation for this exciting role. As a HealthCube Relationship Manager you will be pivotal in:

  • developing and maintaining HealthCube's relationships with residential aged care facilities in the Sydney metropolitan area
  • supporting HealthCube assessment teams in delivering high quality comprehensive medical assessment services to residential aged care facilities

You have a minimum qualification of Diploma in Aged Care, Health, Psychology or Management [or equivalent experience]. You are comfortable with technology and have a passion for making a positive difference to the wellbeing of older people.  You will have your own vehicle and be prepared to travel between nominated aged care facilities in the Sydney metropolitan area.

 

Assessment Manager :: Full/Part Time :: Expressions of interest for ACT & NSW

Your exceptional coordination and clinical assessment skills are the foundation for this exciting, flexible role. As a HealthCube Assessment Manager you will be pivotal in:

  • delivering high quality comprehensive medical assessment services to residents in aged care facilities
  • delivering high quality Aged Care Funding Instrument assessment services to residential aged care facilities

You have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Aged Care, or Certificate IV Enrolled Nurse [or equivalent experience]. You have experience with the Aged Care Funding Instrument, are comfortable with technology and have a passion for making a positive difference to the wellbeing of older people. You will have your own vehicle and be prepared to travel between nominated aged care facilities in the Sydney metropolitan area.
